How do I inform team members via email?

Good to know about emails sent through SportMember

- You can send emails for free, as you wish


- Unlimited number of messages


- All profiles are set up with an email address, so everyone can receive emails

Send email as free text

  1. Press at the top right
  2. Press  Inbox
  3. Press   at the bottom right
  4. Select recipients, which may be:
    1. Everyone on the team
    2. Specific people
    3. All coaches
    4. All parents
    5. etc.
  5. Define a title for the email in the Subject field
  6. Write the content of the mail
  7. Attach file if necessary
  8. Add a login link to each recipient's personal SportMember profile
  9. Finish with the green Send button

Send an email about a specific activity

  1. Access the activity via  Calendar or at the bottom of the screen
  2. Press  at the bottom right
  3. Press Send notification
  4. Press  Email
  5. Follow the steps shown above

Go to your Inbox to send an Email

  1. Make sure you are in the team whose members you want to send an email to.
  2. Click  at the top right of your profile
  3. Click on the green button New E-Mail

Here you are now asked to put in the following:

  1. Select recipients, which may be:
    1. Everyone on the team
    2. Specific people
    3. All coaches
    4. All parents
    5. etc.
  2. Define a title for the email in the Subject field
  3. Write the content of the mail
  4. Attach file if necessary
  5. Add a login link to each recipient's personal SportMember profile
  6. Finish with the green Send button
